Astanza believes that we do more than just sell lasers; we change people’s lives. We help clients start profitable new businesses, we help people change their appearances and feel better about themselves, and we care about each other as a family.
Astanza is looking to hire a salesperson based in Dallas, Texas, possibly remote, to sell medical-grade aesthetic laser technology nationwide to correctional institutions, government entities, and non-governmental organizations.
A significant portion of time will be spent responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ), finding new leads and setting meetings with corrections personnel and non-profits with relevant missions. Examples include corrections and rehabilitation facilities with job training programs, community-focused non-profits/NGOs aiding in reentry and resettlement, and government agencies focused on helping veterans. Astanza’s purpose is #changinglives, and the work of this Business Development Manager will be integral.
A successful representative will have a hunter mentality, experience selling to not-for-profit organizations and agencies at the federal, state, and local level, and a strong desire to understand the science - and why - of laser technology. This person will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, trade shows, cultivating inbound leads, and other means.
